If you have a mortgage, your lender is being alerted regarding the issue. If you pay your own tax bill, revised tax bills will be mailed to you. If you have already paid your tax bill, please remit only the amount owed for the special assessments to the Cuyahoga County Treasurer on or before January 30, 2020. Please call the Special Assessment Department at 216-698-3161 if additional information is needed. The Fiscal Office apologizes for the inconvenience this omission may have caused. First Half 2019 Real Estate Taxes are due January 30, 2020. Attention EasyPay ACH Participants: The final debit for the First Half 2019 balance due will occur on January 23, 2020 .
